- Welcome to Cape Town Cocktail Reception at hotel on Day 2. Includes: A private 2-hour open bar featuring premium spirits, craft cocktails, beer, and wine, complemented by a curated selection of canapés and seasonal small plates. Live local entertainment.
- Ideal Experience – Cape Town Revealed city tour on Day 3. The morning begins with a cable car ride to the summit of Table Mountain (weather permitting), where breathtaking panoramic views stretch across Cape Town, the Atlantic Ocean, and the Cape Peninsula. From there, the group continues to the Cape Malay Quarter, known as Bo-Kaap, to wander its colourful streets and learn about the rich traditions of this vibrant community. Lunch is enjoyed at the V&A Waterfront, where a private three-course menu highlights the flavours of South Africa, complemented by regional wines and sweeping views of the harbour and Table Mountain.
- Ideal Experience – Winelands of Constantia on Day 4. The morning begins with a visit to a historic Constantia estate, where guests enjoy a private tasting of premium wines, guided by expert sommeliers who share the story of the estate’s heritage and its celebrated varietals. From there, the group continues to a second boutique winery for a comparative tasting, allowing guests to experience the diversity and craftsmanship of the region’s winemakers. Following the tastings, the experience culminates with an elegant picnic lunch set on the grounds of another renowned Constantia estate.
- Signature Event – Evening at Gold Experience on Day 5. Guests are transferred from the hotel to Gold Experience, with seamless transfers ensuring a relaxed start to the evening. Upon arrival, the evening comes alive with the sights and sounds of Africa. Guests are welcomed with a selection of cocktails and drinks before being guided to a beautifully set dining area. The experience features a multi-course dinner, showcasing a curated menu of pan-African and Cape Malay dishes, paired with carefully selected wines and beverages.
- Guests will travel via luxury motorcoach to Cape Town International Airport, followed by a scheduled flight to Johannesburg International Airport on Day 6. Upon arrival, guests will transfer via motorcoach to The Palace of the Lost City hotel. A freshly prepared boxed lunch will be provided for the motorcoach journey.
- Welcome to Sun City Reception at hotel on Day 6. Includes: A private 2-hour open bar featuring premium spirits, craft cocktails, beer, and wine, complemented by a curated selection of canapés and seasonal small plates. Live local entertainment, stylish décor, and all necessary event equipment.
- Ideal Experience – Private Safaris with Mankwe Gametrackers Guests may participate in up to two game drives during their stay. On both Day 7 and Day 8, they may select either an early morning or an afternoon departure, based on their preference.
- Ideal Experience – Farewell to Boma Dinner at hotel on Day 8. The evening begins with a private 1-hour open bar featuring premium spirits, handcrafted cocktails, fine wines, and local beers. Guests will then enjoy a curated three-course dinner showcasing classic South African flavours, accompanied by 2 additional hours of premium open bar service with a full selection of beer, wine, and spirits. The atmosphere comes alive with authentic local entertainment, including live musicians and drummers, enhanced by dynamic lighting and décor. Throughout the event, dedicated staff and professional guides ensure seamless coordination, smooth guest flow, and flawless logistics.
